  • “Services”: Refers to the rental of items, related services, and use of our website.

2. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or services.
  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Use.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.

3. Rental Policies

Rental Agreement

By placing a reservation, you enter into a binding rental agreement and agree to follow all terms stated at the time of booking.

Rental items remain the property of K’s Royal Party Rental and must be returned in the same condition as received.

Payment Terms

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due on or before delivery or pickup of your rental items.
  • Payments are non-refundable except under the cancellation policy stated below.

Example: If your rental total is $100, you will pay:

  • $30 at booking (non-refundable deposit)
  • $70 at delivery or pickup

Security Deposit

  • A security deposit is required for all rentals to cover possible damages, loss, or excessive cleaning.
  • If all items are returned in good condition, the deposit will be fully refunded after inspection.
  • If damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required, a portion or all of the deposit may be retained to cover costs.

Example: If your rental cost is $100 and the security deposit is $200, you will pay:

  • $30 at booking (non-refundable deposit)
  • $70 + $200 security deposit at delivery/pickup
  • Return items in good condition, and receive the $200 deposit refund after inspection

If items are damaged, missing, or excessively dirty, charges will be deducted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 7 days of rental date → 30% of the booking fee is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of rental date → 100% of the booking fee is non-refundable.

Example:

  • If you cancel more than 7 days before your rental, only the 30% deposit is retained.
  • If you cancel within 7 days, we will retain 30% of the full booking fee (e.g., $9 from a $30 deposit).
  • If you cancel within 24 hours, the full deposit is non-refundable.

Condition of Items & Responsibilities

All rental items are delivered clean and in good working condition.

You are responsible for ensuring items are returned in the same condition as received.

Excessive dirt, stains, or damage may result in additional fees deducted from the security deposit.

Missing or irreparable items will be charged at full replacement value

  • Rental Agreement: By placing a reservation, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement provided at the time of booking.
  • Payment: Full or partial payment may be required to secure your booking. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Condition of Items: All rental items are delivered in clean and functional condition. You are responsible for ensuring items are returned in the same condition.
  • Damage and Loss: You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may apply.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies are outlined in your rental agreement. Refunds may be provided at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of K's Royal Party Rental.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the use of our rental items.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding our website, services, or rental items.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

6. Privacy Policy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
